Life After Lockdown – A Course Helping Young People Adapt to the ‘New Normal’

Posted on by Jane Charlton

Available for ages 9 - 18

Mid Kent Mind are pleased to be offering new spaces on our ‘Life After Lockdown’ ZOOM course – a programme created in partnership with Youth Resilience UK funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.

Life After Lockdown is a four-week programme of one-hour sessions designed to explore social networks, isolation, and how we manage our relationships following the long-term lockdown which has been necessary during the pandemic.

Courses are commencing in June – providing young people with the opportunity to access four weeks’ worth of sessions which will equip them with the tools and the knowledge they need to build their emotional resilience and prepare themselves for a return to a ‘new normal’.

Thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, all spaces are available free-of-charge. For more details, please visit: Maidstone Mind
