Join us for what promises to be a truly nurturing day.

  • The Foster Care Appreciation Award Nominations Are Now Open!

  • Post16 VSK Rewards Nominations

Please complete the Post16 VSK Rewards Nomination Form 2016/17 for any Kent children in care and young care leavers in Years 12 and above that you feel should be considered for an award in one of our seven categories. A separate form needs to be completed for each child you wish to nominate and you must fully explain the contribution or improvement that has been seen over the past academic year. We won’t be able to consider nominations if they just have something like ‘yes’ or ‘excellent’ in the box; we need the story behind. The deadline for nominations to be received is Friday 8th September 2017.

Welcome to the Virtual School Kent Website

This website aims to be a one stop portal for professionals working with Children in Care (CiC) and Young Care Leavers (YCL). It is a place to access information, advice and guidance, share best practice and gain a complete picture of the multi-agency work which goes on in support of our CiC and YCL.

I hope that you will find this website useful and I would welcome any feedback on it as we continue to develop it so that it meets all of your needs.

Yours sincerely,

Tony Doran
